Revocation Policy
Right of Revocation for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Christian Kitzel, Am Bärenkamp 11, 40589 Düsseldorf, Christian.kitzel@gmx.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Expiration of the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the revocation period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by your consent, you lose your right of revocation upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
